Advanced Properties Limited (APL) is a Real Estate and Development company in Abu Dhabi established in 2021 by experienced construction and real estate professionals in the UAE and abroad. Previously, the company has worked under a different name since 1998 and successfully completed multi-mega projects in Masdar City and the Abu Dhabi Metropolitan area.

This new entity was created to respond to the new modern demand of the real estate industry. Advanced Properties Limited derives its strength from a group of sister companies well-established in the Abu Dhabi market since 1993 in the fields of contracting, construction, engineering and design, real estate, facility management, and transportation.

This unique affiliation with the diverse group of sister companies bequeaths Advanced Properties Limited with an edge and sheer power and know-how unparalleled in the local industry. Advanced Properties Limited covers all aspects of real estate and collaborates with affiliated companies to provide flexible and agile services. The company is currently expanding with three projects, two residential Buildings, and one clinic underway in Yas Island, and more planned in various investment areas.
